Set up your club
Add your club name, location, number of holes and brand colour, and choose whether feedback is open to everyone or members-only. It takes about two minutes and needs no credit card.

Put the QR poster up
Download your club's QR code and print the ready-made A4 poster. Put it on the first tee, in the clubhouse and by the practice ground. Members can start reporting that same afternoon.

Fix what matters first
Reports land on your dashboard already prioritised by how many people raised each one. Work the list, mark things fixed, and watch your course rating climb — with monthly exports for the committee.
What members see
A quick mobile form: pick a hole or area, tap the issue, add an optional photo and note, rate the course out of ten — submitted in under a minute, no login.
What your team sees
A dashboard that ranks issues by how many different people reported them, flags recurring problems, shows per-hole hotspots, and exports a tidy monthly report.
