Terms of Service
Last updated 3 July 2026
These terms govern your use of GoodGreens. Please read them carefully — by using the Service you agree to them.
1. Who we are
GoodGreens ("GoodGreens", "we", "us") is a member feedback platform for golf clubs, operated by Anyway Ventures ("the Company"), registered in England and Wales [company registration number] with its registered office at [registered office address]. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoodGreens website at goodgreens.io and the GoodGreens application and services (together, "the Service").
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a golf club or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
GoodGreens lets golf clubs collect and manage member feedback — including course-condition reports, suggestions and surveys — typically gathered via QR codes and links, and reviewed through an admin dashboard. We may add, change or remove features from time to time.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for the team members you invite and the permissions you grant them.
4. Free trial
New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. No payment card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial your account will be paused unless you have started a paid subscription. We may change the length or terms of the trial for future sign-ups.
5. Subscriptions, billing and payments
Paid subscriptions are billed per golf club, on either a monthly or annual basis, at the prices shown on our pricing page or in your account at the time you subscribe. Annual plans are billed once for the year in advance. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your subscription and handles payment collection, applicable sales tax/VAT, and receipts. Your use of the payment flow is also subject to Stripe's terms presented at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (each month or year) using your saved payment method, until cancelled. If you add or remove a club, your subscription quantity and charges are adjusted accordingly, with proration applied to the remainder of the current period.
We may change our prices; where we do, we will give you reasonable notice and any change will take effect from your next billing period.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again. Removing an individual club reduces your future charges from the next period.
Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Where a refund is required, it may be handled by Stripe as merchant of record.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully, or to store or share unlawful, abusive or infringing content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
8. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the content and data you and your members submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a licence to host and process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Where the Service processes personal data of your members, you act as the data controller and we act as your data processor. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance and occasionally suspend the Service where necessary. Support is provided by email.
10. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will give you reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
